By accessing or using HETCVIEW ("the Service"), operated by Hyper Energy Technologies Corporation® ("HETC", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HETCVIEW provides cryptocurrency trading signals and market analysis tools for educational purposes. Our service includes:

• Real-time trading signal notifications
• Multi-timeframe market analysis
• Risk management indicators (Stop Loss, Take Profit, Risk/Reward)
• Telegram and email alert delivery
• Performance statistics and analytics

3. Educational Purpose Only - Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: HETCVIEW provides educational trading signals only. The information provided through our Service is NOT financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such.

We do not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held by you. Do conduct your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Subscription and Payments

HETCVIEW offers subscription-based access:

• Free Trial: 60 hours of full access, no credit card required
• Monthly Plan: $12.99 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $129.90 per year, billed annually

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of cryptocurrencies may fluctuate, and you may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance of any trading signals does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• You should only invest money you can afford to lose
• Historical signal performance is not indicative of future results
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your subscription with others
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our algorithms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HETC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
