Free Trial

HETCVIEW offers a 60-hour free trial with full access to all features:

• No credit card required to start
• Full access to all trading signals
• Telegram and email notifications included
• No automatic charges after trial ends

If you choose not to subscribe after your trial, your account will simply become inactive. No charges will be made.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• How to cancel: Go to Dashboard → My Account → Subscription → Cancel
• Alternative: Email support@hetcview.com with your cancellation request
• Effect: Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No penalties: There are no cancellation fees or penalties

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Refunds are generally not provided for partial months
• Exception: Technical issues preventing service access may qualify for prorated refund
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of charge

Annual Subscriptions:

• Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase if unused
• Prorated refunds may be considered for documented technical issues
• No refunds after 14 days except for service unavailability

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email support@hetcview.com with subject "Refund Request"
• Include your account email
• Explain the reason for your request
• We will respond within 48 hours

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Bank processing time may add 3-5 additional days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind after using the service
• Trading losses (signals are educational only)
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Account suspension due to Terms violation
